Description
Vespertine takes its name from Vesper, the capital where the court fixed it as the language of the laws, of the certificates of the Vesper College of Mages and of the dispatches sent out to the rest of the kingdom. It is the language of the humans of Felgrum and the one heard in markets, customs houses and on the docks.
Peoples of altered essence who live among humans speak it as their own. The Drocani, who have their own, learn it when they go down to the cities.
