Ambel Salt Flats
placeDraft
Salt plain in the north of Cirda, between The Spine and the coast.
Description
The salt flats fill a hollow with no outlet to the sea, north of the Sirta Plains. They are a white, cracked crust that glitters in the sun. Water pools there only in storms, and it evaporates within a few days and leaves a new layer of salt. On the eastern side lies Ambel, which lives by working them.
