Description
The monastery occupies an open terrace on the slope, above the trees and below the first rocks of the range. It is a columned temple with a pediment, surrounded by a flight of steps and a low wall. The mist of the forest reaches its steps almost every morning. A path links it with the valley of the Almiar River.
